ECYB is run by a set of In-house rules, per division. Those rules overrule any National PONY Rules, which in-turn overrule any Major League Baseball rules.   You can find links to the rules below.

Two ways to explain it are:

MLB Rules
Superceeded by PONY
Superceeded by ECYB Rules.

Essentially, if it isn't in our house rules, check PONY, and if there is no special rule there, then it defaults to MLB.


Our rules are split into two rule books:
1 - Organization and Administrative Rules (league incorporation, divisions, draft, all-star rules)
2 - 2024 Game Rules and Procedures (3/1/24) (Rules of play for divisions, personnel conduct rules)



Official PONY rulebooks.
We do not use the tournament or supplemental rulebooks, those are for summer tournament play.
